Australian Hojiblanca – mild intensity. Crush date May 2015. Incredibly complex and fruity, this highly awarded oil was crafted by the Boundry Bend/ Cobram Estate and has won Best in Class and Gold medals in both international and U.S. Olive Oil competitions.
Australian Coratina – medium intensity. Crush date May 2015. Another superb oil by Boundry Bend/ Cobram that has caputured Best in Class and Gold. The big Coratina nose packs a wallop and displays notes of almond, green apple and grass.
Australian Picholine – robust intensity. Crush date May 2015. Loaded with bold green fruit attributes, this robust oil displays green olive, herb and apple notes. A unique French variety with a Polyphenol count of 311!
