Salad dressings and instant vinaigrettes

Marinades / Glazes – for meat, poultry, fish, tofu and vegetables

Barbeque or “pasta” sauces

Dips/Spreads – such as hummus, guacamole or salsa

Roasting, Baking, Grilling, Sautéing any meat, starches or vegetables


Baked goods (in brownies, cookies, loaves etc.) instead of butter

“Breakfast” foods (drizzle on pancakes, toast, waffles etc.)

(with ice, sparkling water, lime squeeze, white balsamic, liquor optional)


For any stirfry, sauté in the EVOO, then de-glaze that pan with a balsamic and some soy sauce, add a final toss of our toasted sesame oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt, then plate


Final drizzle or toss on pasta, risotto, mashed potatoes, casseroles, soup.. anything!


Instant appetizer – bread dipping / coleslaw or potato salad / cracker, cheese & meat board


Instant dessert – drizzle on fruit, ice cream, angel food cake or in trifle
